Where do I access the Supervisee Request e-Service?

You can access the Supervisee Request e-Service via this link with your valid Singpass account.

 

What should I do if I do not have a Singpass account?

A Singpass account is required to access the Supervisee Request e-Service Portal.

You may register for your Singpass account at: www.singpass.gov.sg

You are encouraged to put up the relevant supervisee request online. An email/SMS notification will be sent to you once your request has been processed by your Supervision Officer.

Who will be allowed to access Supervisee Request e-Service?

You must be a current CNB Supervisee in order to access the e-Service.

 

What kind of functions can I perform on the Supervisee Request e-Service?

You will be able to perform the following functions:
- Search and View Reporting Time
- Change Reporting Centre

- Submit Reasons for Absence

- Submit Travel Request

- View Requests

- Update Requests

 

How will I know the outcome of my requests?

You can access submitted requests by clicking on the 'My Request' tab.

Alternatively, you will receive an email/SMS notification if you have provided a valid email address or mobile phone number.

 

Can I categorise my requests?

To categorise your requests, you can click on the 'My Request' tab.

Under the Search section, you will be able to choose from a list of options to categorise your requests.

 

Will I be allowed to cancel an existing request?

You can cancel a request within the request creation day.

 

What does the number beside each tab refers to in the Supervisee Request Portal?

On the 'Past Reporting' tab, the number refers to the number of unaccounted absences or absence reason requests that are pending review.

On the 'My Request' tab, the number refers to the number of requests that require your response.

 

When requesting to change my reporting centre, will I be allowed to choose a reporting centre of my choice?

No, you will be assigned a new reporting centre based on the new address details provided. Your Supervision Officer will assess the reason for the change and assign a new reporting centre accordingly.

 

Do I need to keep the hardcopy document (e.g. Medical Certificates) that I uploaded?

Yes, you will need to retain the hardcopy document for verification purposes. It is recommended to retain the hardcopy document for your entire supervision period.

 

I am currently a Drug and Inhalant Supervisee, do I need to put up one or two Travel Request(s) for the same trip?

You will be able to request for travel in a single Travel Request if you are reporting for both at the same reporting centre.
